About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join the team at Auto Ruancha. With over 20 years in the Algarve, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, attention to detail and getting vehicles back on the road looking their best.
This is an opportunity to join an established, experienced body shop where quality matters. You’ll work across a variety of vehicles, carrying out body repairs and restoration work to a consistently high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assessing vehicle body damage and determining the best repair approach
Repairing dents, panels and damaged bodywork
Removing, repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels
Straightening and realigning bodywork where required
Preparing repaired panels ready for refinishing and paint
Working with a range of tools and body repair equipment
Ensuring every repair meets Auto Ruancha’s quality standards
Keeping your workspace clean, organised and safe
Working closely with the wider workshop team to keep jobs moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced Panel Beater who takes genuine pride in their work. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, practical and has a strong eye for detail.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Previous professional experience in panel beating or vehicle body repair
Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and equipment
The ability to work confidently and independently
Excellent attention to detail
A commitment to producing high-quality work
Good time management and organisation
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
